Be proactive with healthcare with Predictive analytics that monitor trends, anticipate risks, and help operators avoid surprises during CQC inspections

Built on over 50 years of governance and operational expertise, so you don’t have to build your own system from scratch

RodaBI integrates seamlessly with the platforms you already use, no disruption, no retraining, just instant clarity

Designed from real -world regulatory, clinical, and financial pain points

The traffic light system provides a clear view of performance: green indicates success, amber highlights areas needing attention, and red signals issues. This allows users to assess progress and challenges quickly without digging through complex reports

While the traffic light system gives an instant snapshot, graphs and line charts deliver the detail behind the numbers. They highlight trends, patterns, and comparisons over time, making it easier to understand performance drivers and measure the impact of changes

December 2022 - The CQC inspected the home. It was rated as ‘Requires improvement’ in two areas: ‘Well-led’ and ‘Safe’. This led to the ICB making a formal complaint and issuing an improvement notice.
Flagged 31 hidden issues (audits, handovers, oversight gaps)
Enabled real-time KPI tracking and evidence-based reports.
Outcome: CQC upgraded to ‘Good’ within 9 months and the ICB notice was withdrawn.
CQC is changing. So must you.
Integrated financial + care insight is no longer optional.
You don’t need another system. You need an expert.
